Amending O. Reg. 244/97
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Subsection 0.5 (9) of Ontario Regulation 244/97 is amended by striking out “August 2020” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “May 2021”.
(2) Clause 0.5 (16) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
