Amending O. Reg. 422/17

(GENERAL)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 422/17 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4) An applicant for a certificate of nomination must have attended any in-person interview with the director that was requested by the director, including any interview that was separate and apart from other persons.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
