Amending Reg. 803 of R.R.O. 1990

(DESIGNATIONS)

1. Section 4 of Regulation 803 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of South Algonquin in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Galeairy Lake Road and a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Ottawa Street.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
