Amending O. Reg. 396/22

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS — LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 41 (6) of Ontario Regulation 396/22 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. A pupil is a mature student for the current fiscal year if they are 18 years old or older, or will turn 18 years old before the end of the current fiscal year, and are enrolled in a program for the purpose of obtaining an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

2. Paragraph 10 of subsection 61 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 56 (1)” and substituting “subsection 59 (1)”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
