Amending O. Reg. 392/23

(ADEQUATE AND EFFECTIVE POLICING (GENERAL))

1. The definition of “Extreme Incident Response Plan” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 392/23 is amended by striking out “November 2023” and substituting “September 2025”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
