Amending O. Reg. 287/07

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “planned” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 287/07 is amended by striking out clause (b) and substituting the following:

(b)  the establishment of the system or part is or forms part of a Part II.4 project within the meaning of the Environmental Assessment Act and all of the requirements for commencing the project prescribed under that Act have been met,

(b.1)  the establishment of the system or part is or will be the subject of a notice described in subsection 48 (1.1) of an intended application under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 that is given or that will be given by the owner of the system to the source protection authority, or

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2027 and the day this Regulation is filed.
