On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lindsay Lake was reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective February 3, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1817/2023;

And whereas Lindsay Lake tendered her resignation effective January 3, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 1817/2023 be revoked effective January 3, 2026.
