On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Leslie Lugo was appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective January 16, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 2/2025;

And whereas Leslie Lugo tendered his resignation effective July 1, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 2/2025 be revoked effective July 1, 2026.
