On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Jagger Benham of Strathroy be reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of September 2, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
