On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Charles Dowdall was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective September 7, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 728/2025;

And whereas Charles Dowdall tendered his resignation effective September 2, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 728/2025 be revoked effective the date the Order in Council was made.
