On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Frank Ebner was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of five years, effective January 21, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 1352/2025;

And whereas Frank Ebner tendered his resignation effective June 16, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1352/2025 be revoked effective June 16, 2026.
