On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Fotoula Hatzantonis of Ajax be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the later of July 13, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 29, 2026.

Further, whereas Fotoula Hatzantonis was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective November 30, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 1045/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1045/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
