On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1499/2018 dated December 31, 2018, Evangelia Lisa Kostakis was appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers pursuant to clause 4(2)(c) of the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, 1998;

And whereas Evangelia Lisa Kostakis resigned effective January 12, 2021;

Therefore Order in Council O.C.1499/2018 dated December 31, 2018 is revoked effective January 12, 2021.
