On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Species Conservation Act, 2025, Gary Epp of Stittsville be reappointed as a part-time member of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 13, 2026, or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
