On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act, Chantel Saulter of Oshawa be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Scarborough—Guildwood effective the date of this Order.

And further, Order in Council O.C. 175/2025 be revoked effective the date of this Order.
