On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Pierre R. Lavigne of Ottawa be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Pierre R. Lavigne was reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective March 27, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 127/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 127/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
