On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas on August 29, 2026, a vacancy will exist in the position of Vice-Chair of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority following the revocation of Order in Council 1385/2025, which designated a Vice-Chair to the Authority;

And whereas, one of the members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council may be designated as Vice-Chair of the Authority;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(5) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, as amended,

Adesua Ezeokafor of Oakville

be appointed as a member and designated as the Vice-Chair of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding five years, effective the later of August 29, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
