On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Act, 2019, Marty Kearns of Severn be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
