On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Jean-Sébastien Gallant of Ottawa be appointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 190/2026 dated February 12, 2026, reappointing Jean-Sébastien Gallant as part-time member, representative of employers of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
