On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Rosamaria Longo of Mississauga be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Rosamaria Longo was appointed as a full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective September 5, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1185/2024;

Further, whereas Rosamaria Longo was reappointed as a full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of one year, effective September 5, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 666/2026;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1185/2024 and Order in Council O.C.666/2026 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
