On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Sally Ashton of Huntsville be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Sally Ashton was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective March 7, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1496/2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1496/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
