On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Order in Council 1706/2007 made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the Order in Council 596/2023 dated May 4, 2023, appointing Tim Prior of Brussels as a part-time member of the Species at Risk Program advisory Committee is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
