On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 27(2) and 27(5) of the Human Rights Code, Patricia DeGuire of Thornhill be reappointed as full-time member and redesignated Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission for a fixed term of six months, effective the later of August 19, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
