On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act, Mike Smith of Port Elgin be reappointed as a part-time member and Chair of the Board of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
