On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. August 17, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Keeping Criminals Behind Bars Act, 2026, c. 7, which amend the Bail Act, come into force:

Schedule 2, s. 1-9.

  1. August 17, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Keeping Criminals Behind Bars Act, 2026, c. 7, which amends the Execution Act, comes into force:

Schedule 2, s. 10.

  1. August 17, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Keeping Criminals Behind Bars Act, 2026, c. 7, which amends the Land Titles Act, comes into force:
