Order in Council 1238/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Zeliko Rudan and Mile Rudan (“the Rudans”) are the owners of the lands, having the description set out in Schedule “A”, attached hereto (the “Rudan Lands”);

And whereas The Niagara Parks Commission is the owner of the lands, having the description set out in Schedule “B”, attached hereto (the “NPC Lands”);

And whereas The Niagara Parks Commission wishes to purchase the Rudan Lands in exchange for the sale of the NPC Lands to 1001702037 Ontario Inc.;

And whereas subsection 7(1) of the Niagara Parks Act authorizes The Niagara Parks Commission, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise any land or any interest in land and to sell or otherwise dispose of any land or any interest in land;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Niagara Parks Act, approval is hereby given to The Niagara Parks Commission to:

1. purchase the Rudan Lands;
2. sell the NPC Lands to 1001702037 Ontario Inc.; and
3. execute such documents as may be necessary for that purpose.
