Order in Council 1239/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ming Teh Restaurant Ltd. is the owner of the lands, having the description set out in Schedule “A”, attached hereto (the “Lands”);

And whereas The Niagara Parks Commission wishes to acquire an easement over part of the Lands from Ming Teh Restaurant Ltd., having the description set out in Schedule “B”, attached hereto (the “Easement Lands”);

And whereas subsection 7(1) of the Niagara Parks Act authorizes The Niagara Parks Commission, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise any land or any interest in land;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Niagara Parks Act, approval is hereby given to The Niagara Parks Commission to:

1. acquire an easement over the Easement Lands from Ming Teh Restaurant Ltd.; and
2. execute such documents as may be necessary for that purpose.
