On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Rhea Hoare of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective October 31, 2021.
