On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Neil Keating of Oshawa be reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of January 22, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
