On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 2 (2) (c) of The University of Toronto Act, 1971,

Peter Leo Van Loan of Sutton West

be appointed as a member of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
