On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21 (2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, Brian Smeenk of Toronto be reappointed as part-time chair of the Public Service Grievance Board for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of January 21, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
