On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1697/2025, dated December 17, 2025, Catherine McLinden was appointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1697/2025 is hereby revoked effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
