On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended,

Marc Okada of North York

be appointed as a Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period exceeding no later than August 14, 2027, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
