On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, Jean-Paul Cadeau be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective September 16, 2026, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of January 2, 2028 and the date he ceases to be a Deputy Minister.

And further, that Order in Council O.C. 1709/2025, dated December 17, 2025, be revoked effective September 16, 2026.
