On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

is designated as a place of secure custody and a place of temporary detention for the purposes of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, S.C. 2002, c.1 and, in accordance with the Young Offenders Act, R.S.C., c.Y-1
