On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael McCrory of Toronto, reappointed by Order in Council O.C. 1026/2024 as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, has resigned from his reappointment effective July 3, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 1026/2024 be revoked.
