On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 12.0.2 (5) of the French Language Services Act, Nicolas Rouleau of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Chair of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further, that Order in Council O.C. 536/2023 dated April 20, 2023, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
