On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Letizia Filippazzo of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Letizia Filippazzo was appointed as a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective December 12, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1606/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1606/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
