On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of Ontario Regulation 672/00 made under the Development Corporations Act,

Patrick Michael McBrearty of Toronto

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Ontario Creates to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
