On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rosemarie Ortiz was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective July 3, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 885/2025;

And whereas Rosemarie Ortiz tendered her resignation effective October 1, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 885/2025 be revoked effective October 1, 2026.
