On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 58(2) and (5) and section 59 of the Electricity Act, 1998,

Rob Yeung, of Toronto,

is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC) and as Chief Executive Officer, and he is designated as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the OEFC, in each case to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not extending 1 year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 916/2026, dated June 18, 2026, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
