On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 58(2) and (4) and section 59 of the Electricity Act, 1998,

Gadi Mayman, of Toronto,

is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC), and designated Chair of the Board of Directors of OEFC, in each case to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not extending beyond 1 year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1250/2024, dated September 26, 2024, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
