On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sylvia Douglas of North York, reappointed by O.C. 750/2025 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Nurses of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 9(1)(b) of the Nursing Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 750/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
