On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas:

  1. By Order in Council 767/2025 dated June 5, 2025, the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Carmine Stumpo as supervisor for Stevenson Memorial Hospital under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act; and
  2. Subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act provides that the appointment of a hospital supervisor is valid until terminated by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act, Order in Council 767/2025 appointing Carmine Stumpo as supervisor for Stevenson Memorial Hospital is terminated effective as of the last instant of October 30, 2026.
