Order in Council 1530/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5.1(2) and 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Susy Guadron of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and designated as vice-chair of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding two years, effective January 1, 2026.

Further, whereas Susy Guadron was appointed as part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective August 10, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1123/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1123/2023 be revoked effective December 31, 2025.
