On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Carly Stringer was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective October 24, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1345/2024;

And whereas Carly Stringer tendered her resignation effective August 28, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 1345/2024 be revoked effective August 28, 2025.
