On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Geoffrey Gillon of Fort Frances was reappointed by O.C. 1053/2025 as a member of the board of governors of The Confederation College of Applied Arts and Technology;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 3 (1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act, Order in Council 1053/2025 be revoked.
