On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 262/2025, effective March 18, 2025, Ernie Eves of Caledon was reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of Invest Ontario for a period not exceeding one year from the effective date of the reappointment.

And whereas Ernie Eves has submitted a letter of resignation from such position.

Therefore, pursuant to section 6 of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021, Order in Council 262/2025 is revoked effective October 17, 2025.
