On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Yvonne Akpoveta of Oakville

be reappointed as a director of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of November 30, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
