On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Oscar Sohi was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 247/2022;

And whereas Oscar Sohi died on November 20, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 247/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
